General FAQ's

What types of products do you sell?

We offer a variety of clothing (t-shirts, hoodies, etc.), accessories (tote bags, hats, etc.), and more with unique designs.

Can I get custom items made?

Yes absolutely! If you would like to include your name, a company or business logo on any of the designs, we can work with you to get what you are looking for. 

Do you have a physical store?

No, we are an online store with no specific "brick and mortar" location.

Who makes the items in your store?

Mental Health Wear TN is a "print-on-demand" (POD) online store. Print on Demand (POD) allows us to create custom products as orders come in, so each item is unique and made just for you. There are several third-party vendors and print services we use, but most of our things are sourced through a company called "Printify".

How do I place an order?

Simply select your product, choose your size and color, and add it to your cart. Complete the checkout process by entering your shipping information and payment details.

How long will it take to get my order?

Production usually takes 2-5 business days, and shipping times vary depending on your location. Expect delivery within 7-14 days for most orders. Once you order you will get tracking information send to you by email.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can be changed or canceled within a certain timeframe (usually within 24 hours). Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make adjustments.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. But we are primarily US based and ship within the US. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location. And their may be additional shipping costs associated for orders outside the USA.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the products ordered. Except in certain circumstances (international orders, or heavier that normal items, etc.), orders of $50 or more have free shipping.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Use this to track your package online.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Since our products are made to order, we only accept returns or exchanges for defective or incorrect items. Please reach out within 30 days of receiving your order.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us with photos of the issue. We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.

Can I exchange a product if it doesn’t fit?

We recommend checking our size guide before purchasing, but if you need an exchange due to sizing, contact us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
